Our independent studio is perfect for those seeking a quiet retreat, surrounded by greenery and with the right amount of privacy. It is located within the estate, about 100 meters from the main farmhouse, easily reachable on foot or by car, thanks to a private gated parking area.

The accommodation is on two levels:
- Ground floor: a living area with a small kitchenette and private bathroom
- Upper level (mezzanine): a sleeping area with a double bed, wardrobe, and a second access to the outside

Outside, you’ll find a private relaxation area with deck chairs, a small table, and chairs — the perfect spot to read, enjoy a glass of wine, or simply listen to the sounds of the forest.

Nestled in the peaceful Val di Vara, this space is ideal for those who seek silence, authenticity, and contact with nature.
And when you're ready to explore, you can reach Cinque Terre, Portovenere, or Lerici in about 35/50 minutes, making it easy to alternate between total relaxation and breathtaking coastal discoveries.
